Shipping & Delivery

Aureva complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We use advanced SSL encryption technology to ensure a safe and secure checkout through:

We are also transparent about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own, and we take great care in packaging each order.

Shipping & Handling

All of our products are shipped from the USA. We process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays, it may still take the full 1–2 business days to ship orders from our warehouse due to high order volume.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer three shipping options:

Economy Shipping: Shipping time is 5–8 business days. $9.99 + $4 for each additional item.

Standard Shipping: Shipping time is 3–5 business days. $12.99 + $5 for each additional item.

Express Shipping: Shipping time is 2–3 business days. $17.99 + $6 for each additional item.

At the moment, we are unable to deliver to U.S. military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for each item, so you can follow your order all the way to your door. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, this simply means the carrier has not processed your package yet. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final-mile carrier, we will notify you by email.

Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.

A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back at our facility.

Please note that once we process a refund, it may take your bank 2–8 business days to process the refund and post it back to your account.

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. Aureva is not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you contact the final-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, Aureva is not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

During large promotions, orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address, or packages that are refused or returned to sender, will be refunded minus shipping and handling charges.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the postal service confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will be happy to replace and reship your order or issue a refund. Please contact us at danfthiloan@hotmail.com, and we will take care of the issue.

If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. If you received your package and an item is missing, please contact us at danfthiloan@hotmail.com.

Sometimes the delivery status may be updated in advance, and your package may appear as “delivered” even if you have not yet received it. In some cases, the package may still be on its way. Please contact us at danfthiloan@hotmail.com for more details.
